One of the most noticeable features of Diamond Electric is the maximum effort every employee contributes. Quality has always been a priority here and we are fortunate to have a group of employees that are committed to high quality standards and continuous improvement such as QC circle activities, our own 3.3 program, TQM (Total Quality Management) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) projects. We are happy and proud to report that our employees have always lived up to the high expectations that Diamond Electric has of them. The focus on quality management practices was recognized with the Deming Prize for an exemplary quality control program being awarded to Diamond Electric in 1994. And we were awarded the TPM Excellence Award in 2003. In 1996, Diamond Electric was listed on the Second Section of the Osaka Securities Exchange. I have mentioned these achievements as examples of our constant hard work in making Diamond Electric an excellent company, one trusted by customers and investors alike, and a company we all can be proud of belonging to.
